How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?
At CoffeeAM, we roast our beans in small batches daily. Every order is roasted and packaged on the same day it ships to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer various shipping options via UPS and USPS. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! Our 'Auto-Ship' program allows you to choose your favorite blends and set a delivery frequency that works for you, ensuring you never run out of fresh beans.
Do you offer flavored coffees and decaf options?
We take pride in one of the largest selections of gourmet flavored coffees in the industry. We also offer a wide variety of Swiss Water Process and European Process decaf options.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an error with your order or a quality concern, please contact our customer service within 14 days for a resolution.
