Returns & Refunds Policy

At CoffeeAM, we strive for complete satisfaction with every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-perishable equipment and unopened accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your eligible items.

  • 2.
    Secure Packaging

    Safely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Send your package back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is documented and received.

  • 4.
    Processing & Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
